The free tier allows usage of some functions, such as product handling and public groups, with limits on product storage (small storage of 100 products) and a single user. However, automated workflows, private groups, product tracking, and product logging are not included.

The basic tier allows usage of product handling, tracking, and logging, as well as public and private groups, with limits on product storage (medium storage of 500 products) and two users. However, automated workflows are not included.

The premium tier provides full access to product handling, tracking, and logging, as well as public and private groups and automated workflows, with expanded limits on product storage (large storage of 2000 products) and up to ten users.

The enterprise tier allows usage of all functions, feature previews, feature requests. Unrestrained usage of storage space, user count and creation of workflows. Dedicated partitioned servers may be established upon request.
